SHIPPING POLICY
Highland Evergreen has a daily delivery schedule. We ship out “Same Day” Monday to Friday to the Greater Toronto area via 3rd party currier. Orders need to be placed the day before during the busy holiday season. (November and December) We also offer Route Sales as a delivery option, please inquire if this is a service that would interest you.
Shipping of Irregular Items
Items being shipped that are oblong or irregular, like Grapevine Structures, Branches, Poles, Large and XL Curly Willow, have a minimum delivery charge of $25.00 and up, generally these shipments require a dedicated truck. As orders are placed we will be able give you a better indication of the freight charge.
Shipping out of Area
We will gladly send out orders by UPS/CANADA POST/FRIEGHT. Rates will be determined after orders are placed and we have the weight & dimensions of your packages. Consider the outside temperature when planning to ship fresh items as we cannot be responsible for shipping related issues.
GENERAL SHIPPING
We work with a reliable 3rd party courier for our “Same Day” and off route shipping. Every order is unique in size and weight. Freight is most easily determined once we know what we are dealing with and we can give you a quick quote via our courier rates.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Product exchange or Returns for credit Only.
Notification of any issues must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
As most of our product is perishable we will only except return or exchange with in a 24 hour notice. Product must be returned to us to issue any exchange or return credit.
Special order items can not be canceled once the order has been confirmed.

GARLAND POLICY
Garland orders must be made 2 weeks prior to requested date. All garlands are custom made in house to order.
Prices and product depend on season and availability.
Custom garlands will be limited November – January due to seasons high volume.
Garland cancellation must be made at minimum one week prior to ordered date or charges will apply.

IRREGULARITIES IN PRODUCT
Every item we carry originates from nature.
However, with natural materials there will always appear some degree of variability in the end product; therefore, there are slight variations in color and texture (as there are in nature).
Nonetheless, if there are any issues please notify us within 24 hours, and we will gladly consider your claim for replacement or credit to your account.
